German Citizen needs help on Spouse Visa to Northen Ireland

Hi Everybody,

I am a German Citizen & Working & Living in Northen Ireland. My Husband is a none EU citizen and we got married 4 years bk, in Delhi.

The following Documents we have.

1) Tempel Marriage
2)Marriage Document of the registerd marriage, Court New Delhi
3)Internationale Marriage Document from the German Registry Office as i had the Marriage registerd there too.
4) My new Rental agreement which I am getting at the end of this month
5) Contract of Employment
6) Pay Statement
7) Passport Copys as i have lived in India for 4 months after Marriage

My Husband also made a call to the UK Embassy this week (in Delhi) and regarding the Pay Statement they only need 1, cause we can verify 4 years of marriage.

Is there anything else we need?

I would be very grateful for any kind of information.

It might better to post in the UK forum because Northern Ireland is subject UK Immigration Laws as opposed to Ireland, Republic of.
