MN1 Application filling queries

Hi, I am submitting my kid MN1 application under section 3(1) along with my AN in this week.

Can yo please help me on following queries -
1. Section 3 (Parents residence details) - we (parents) are not British citizen by decedent. so, I have left this complete section blank, please confirm is that ok?

2. Section 4 (Good Character Requirements) - I have left this section blank as it says, it applicable to 10yrs and above. My kid is 4+yrs and just started reception..do I still need fill school information under it?

who can issue this sort of certificates??????
