SET(O) application in process, can put application T1 extens

hi everyone ,

I applied for ILR on basis of ten year rule , and waiting decision, my Tier1 leave to remain going to run out in March next year, if up to that time don't get any final decision can I put my application for extension Tier1 even other application in process.

Plus I havn't applied my family for ILR due to law not allow under 10 years rule.
Your advice will be highly appreciate

No. However, you may vary your settlement application to an extension application, as long as such a request is made before the settlement application remains undecided.

If you have made a valid application for settlement under long residence and it remains undecided by the time your current leave expires then your current PBS leave will remain extant even after the date of its expiry under section 3c.

Your dependant(s) must apply for extension of leave before their current PBS leave expires.
