uk family visit visa appeal

hi, im new here and was looking for some advise. my husband has just had a family visit visa appeal allowed on 25th september 2012 but as yet have not received anything from the visa office in cairo about this so was wondering if anybody has any advise on what i could do if anything to find out what is happening regarding getting the visa or who to contact. thanks for any and all advise as i need my hubby here to meet our first son now 4 months old. thanks kelly
