ILR Help some help to select the right date to apply

Hi,

I am applying for ILR under HSMP+Tier 1 basis.

My Initial HSMP was issued from 28/01/2008 to 25/01/2010 (on Vignette)
Had my SAR in which it states its issued from 25/01/2008 to 25/01/2010


According to the first one, I'll be eligible to apply on the 31st December 2012 onwards , where as from the SAR I can apply from the 28th December 2012..

I am bit confused , could you please help me selecting the right date to get an appointment.

For me, it's 31st December 2012

Also, you can't apply (PEO) on Dec 29/30 (2012).
