Posting employees to other EU member states?

Post by Directive/2004/38/EC » Mon Nov 12, 2012 2:02 pm

A multinational company has a Georgian employee (with no EU family members) in Austria. They would like to post them to the UK for the next three years.

Are there EU law related legal routes for them to post the employee in their UK office? Or would it solely be through UK domestic immigration law?

Please see Van der Elst and Swiss posted workers.

I am sure this multi national company will be able to get professional to guide them through the process, but yes, there are provision in EU law for these type of situation.
