Recovery of password for UKBA account

Recovery of password for UKBA account

Hi!

I need to apply for a new Tier 2 visa, but I forgot my UKBA password (I know my username). The recovery page asks for letters from your "memorable word", which I also forgot. :?

Is there any way to recover my password then? And does it matter or may I simply create a new account?

You can write to ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk they may be able to suggest recovery method.
