Do you need ILR

Hi,

If you been married 5 years, and your wife has been resident in the UK for the last 5 years but hasn't got ILR, does she need to apply for ILR before applying for Citizenship?

No citizenship without either ILR (under UK immigration laws) or PR (under EEA regulations).
