hi all, i was haping someone here would be able to help me. my husband fron egypt has just won his family visit visa appeal, it has been 7 weeks since the judge sent out her decision to all parties but my hubby still hasnt received it yet although my dad who is his sponcor has received it so i have emailed it on to my hubby. what i wanted to know is what is the next step regarding actually getting the visa in his passport as we havent heard anything from the visa office in cairo. the judge has also awarded us costs as we won the appeal but the bank card used has expired and have a new card so anybody know what we should do regarding the refund. sorry for all the questions just feeling very desperate at the moment with this situation. thank you for any help in advance. kelly
