Query on lost brp application

Hi

My application for replacement BRP was posted on 1st October 2012.

I received a letter dated 21/10/2012 , from Immigration Group, saying ' Thank you for your application and your case has been passed to a caseworker unit'
In the 3rd paragraph, it says that ' you should expect to receive further correspondence from us within 10 working days, of the date of this letter'.

I assume that they are referring to the biometrics invitation letter.

It's now already 11th Nov and i have not heard from them at all?

Should i wait for more time? or any idea what should i do?

Also, has anyone received such a letter ?.. on the envelope , it says that it was posted from UKBA (charging Ops Team) sheffield S3 8WA

just getting worried
