Working for the US remotely while in the UK?

Post by AubreyBullock » Tue Nov 13, 2012 11:31 am

I'm currently here on a Fiance Visa, my FLR(M) application is processing now but it's been taking a while. Is it possible for me to work remotely for a US company while I am here in the UK? I still have a bank account in the US... I know I can't work for anyone here in the UK but I am still an American citizen, so would this work for me? We are hurting for money and I can't contribute.

If the payments for this (remote) work will be credited to a US bank account, you should be fine.
