I hope you guys can help me avoid possible pitfalls.
I am a British citizen, my wife came into the UK in Nov 2011 and we will be applying for IRL in Nov 2013.
Looking through the form SET (M) it requires documentation that confirms you are living together from 6 items from at least 3 diff sources. I live with my parents so it won't be possible to have a tenancy agreement in both our names. I have the following items which have been addressed to her - would they be enough
Thus far I have the following:
1. letter from NHS when she was given her NHS no
2. letter from Work and Pensions when they gave her the NI n-
3. bank statements from May 2012 - this is when we opened a joint bank account
4. bank statements for a joint savings acct we opened in Sept
5. appoint letters from her dentist
6. receipts from a local college for an evening course she is going (receipts have her name, date and address)
7. wage slips from her employer
We don't have any bills in our joint names, bills are mainly addressed to parents or to myself.
Is this enough, I don't know what other items the UKBA will want or expect?
