SET(O) ILR application

Post by muf » Wed Nov 14, 2012 2:04 pm

I am going for my ILR/STE(O) next week after completing 5 years as HSMP + Tier 1. I am applying with dependent, my wife (currently on Tier 1 dependent visa granted outside UK). I am not sure if marriage certificate is required as part of my application. Can someone please suggest if I am required to provide marriage certificate (as a must) or would other cohabitation proofs be enough?

As per this you should provide marriage certificate.

A marriage certificate is evidence of marriage, not evidence of cohabitation.
