My Partner claiming benefits

Hi,

I'm on a WP and my partner is an EU national. She's been unemployed for awhile and is applying for "jobseekeeking allowance" or stg. We're living together and the application forms are asking about partners, their employement etc as well.

Does this effect me and my eligiblity for ILR?
