SET(O) PEO appointment on 27th December for ILR under Tier 1

Hi
Last night I was trying to book a PEO appointment on 27th December, but no slot was available. Was any member of this fourm able to book appointment for this date? I suspect the PEO will be closed on 27th and 28th Decmeber or there are very limited slots that is making difficult for us to get any slot.
