Urgent Help on Refused Visit Visa of mother

Post by glasgow15 » Thu Nov 15, 2012 4:37 pm

Hello to all,

I need urgent help to reapply my mum's visit visa which was refused recently on the following grounds;

"You have applied for general visit to UK for 2-3 months to stay with your son who will help you for travel, maintenance and accommodation while you are in UK. I have considered his sponsorship and I am satisfied that he is in a position to do this at time of application. However, whilst i take into account in assessing ur proposed & accommodation, this is only one aspect of the visitor's rules and this sponsorship does not satisfy me of ur own intenntion to leave UK. I have considered ur personal circumstances into a/c where you said you are supported by your two sons (one in uk & one locally) and to support his you provided an affidavit from your children, no document to demonstrate the situation of ur younger son locally who you claimed also support you, works as an accountant. Also, no documents from ur son in UK who supports u financially though he wrote in cover letter he has attached a year of money transfer statement which is not included in docs. I am therefore not able to assess if they support you as claimed which leads me to doubt ur credibility & intentions to going to UK.

I also note that you have never traveled before to any country that you are housewife dependent on ur family and have no income, property or savings of ur own coupled with ur doubtful circumstances means I am not satisfied. Added to this, you have not traveled before so cannot asses if you complied with ur stay restriction before to offset my concerns. in light of all above I am not satisfied that on the balance of probabilities that your intentions are as you set out and genuinely seeking entry to Uk and that you intend to leave UK. Your appeal rights are limited to the grounds referred to section 84 1c of Nationa, immi. & aslyum act 2002."

NOW PLEASE ADVISE:

(i)
I am proposing to reapply with an employment letter for my younger brother who works as an accountant and affidavit that he supports his parents.

(ii) A year of money transfer transactions from money exchange showing the money sent to my parents every month from myself.

(iii) I am not sure how to satisfy CW that she has never traveled abroad and that she will get back to home country after proposed visit - i could perhaps shows family & social ties.

(iv) attaching the refusal letter, addressing all points in cover letter.

PLEASE MODERATOR NEED YOUR HELP TOO AT URGENT.

Thanks to all

Frankly, you could be a millionaire, but if she relies on your benevolence to live in her country, she represents an immigration risk of non-return. If she has nothing to motivate her to leave the UK, she may choose not to.

so do you think her husband, her all children, grandchildren, friends, relatives all and her 50 years life spent in her own country - is that not sufficient for her motivation to return to country. money is not everything and i strongly believe i have got her convinced to apply for visa otherwise she never wished nor will be staying more than 1 month bcz she will get bored due no social life here.

It's not about what I think; it's about what the ECO suspects is her true motivation - and she has to counter that with credible evidence. Did you evidence all of that information? If she has family in her country that may be all well and good, but those individuals appear to offer her nothing in the way of support, so she may be inclined to remain with you (her true provider) and live out the rest of her days in the welfare state where she can see the doctor any time she pleases and have everything fixed.

Don't that this personally; I'm showing you how the system views her application based on her declared circumstances.
