appeal allowed

Hi all,
I had a upper tribunal hearing today and finally it is allowed, have been through really hard times thanks every one here for the information you guys have provided.
Judge was very nice and was surprised from the Home office and first tribunal decisions.There were some funny moments when home office PO had no answers and he was kinda lost.

Pakistani National married to Latvian National (student)

EEA2 sent on :28th feb 2012
received by HO :29th feb 2012
COA issued :15th march 2012
coa received :19th march 2012
refusal on insurance and funds :22nd may 2012
first tribunal hearing:17th july 2012
appeal dissmissed :30th july 2012
permission to appeal upper tribunal granted:17th August 2012
Upper tribunal hearing :15th November 2012

although I have not received any written confirmation but the judge has allowed my appeal today so I assume my RC will arrive in 8 weeks times from today.
