appeal exhausted

dear all

my appeal was dismissed by first tier tribunal,also refused a reconsideration after spotting error in law, after appeal to upper tribunal what next?

how can i take my matter to ecj because, i feel my rights is trampled upon by the uk authorities as a dependant of an eu?

More details required.

A re-application that addresses the reason for refusal might be a quicker and better solution.

How long did it take them to refuse your appeal out of interest?

Why was the appeal dismissed?
What exactly happened with the reconsideration?
