Total Continuous Residence - 4 yr 11 mth 28 days

Post by ambekar2001 » Fri Nov 16, 2012 4:39 pm

Hi All.
As you will appreciate, no question is small or silly

Intial LTR - 22 Jan 2008 - HSMP ( Within UK)
Extension FLR - 20 Jan 2010 - Tier 1 General
valid until 20 Jan 2013
( Extension period falls short of 5 years by 2 days)

5th anniversary of initial visa - 22 Jan 2013
So allowed to apply from 25 Dec 2012.
If I apply through the PEO, between 01 Jan - 10 Jan 2013.
Would my application be invalid because my current LTR expires before the 5 years continuous period ends.
The shortfall is because my FLR extension was granted such that it would not complete the 5 years.
There have been no absences from the UK etc.

Please advise.

Thanks in advance
