Dear all,
Thanks to everyone and the forum - who helped me understand the process from initial to final. Thanks all who answered my questions with lot of patience which helped me do my processing smooth.
I will briefly explain my situation,
I had a PEO appointment at Solihull on 16th Nov at 11.30am.
I had been there by 10.30am. I am the only applicant but my wife accompanied me.
First thing is security check, then been given a token number and told me to wait until they call my number.
10.40am, my number is been called out and I had been to the counter. The lady was very professional and friendly.
1. asked my application form and passport,
2. checked some checkpoints against my name on system (I do not know about what)
3. Asked my Income supporting documents - Payslips and bank statements. I also gave her my covering letter and told if the excel format of my wages and holidays may help. She laughed and took them, however did not use it. She checked each and every months pay against my bank statements.
4. Asked for my Life in the UK certificate, she checked against the database and told I got 100%, with a big very good
5. I asked if she needs savings statements, which she told no.
6. Finally she told me, she got a final check point, gone inside for 5 mins, came back.
7. Told me that my ILR is granted and will give my originals in 2 hours, asked me to go to payment counter, then to bio metrics.
Whole process took around 30 mins and after biometrics we went out for 2 hours n came back - took my original documents along with approval letter. According to them I will be expecting my Bio metric card within 7 days.
Documents I carried with me:
Single applicant - myself:
1. passport
2. Life in the UK certificate
3. 12 Payslips
4. 12 Bank statements
5. 3 months savings account
6. Filled in application form
7. HSMP approval letter, Tier 1 General approval letter, P60's 4 years and HMRC letter showing my annual statistics for the missing P60's year.
7. UK Masters Certificate (just in case)
8. Cohabitation documents(just in case)
A covering letter along with two excel sheet printouts of wages and holidays. total absences 131 days.
I can give the templates if any body wants in here.
Thanks again all, I wish I can be of equal help to others in giving guidance which I gained from this forum. A great work, saving great amount to be spent on consultants and more valuable confidence.
Feel free to ask any questions.
Best Regards
