Tier 1 general dependant visa - Main applicant visa expiry

Post by m.sheikh » Sat Nov 17, 2012 11:28 pm

Hi guys,

Is it true that to apply for dependant/wife's visa, the main applicant must have his Tier1 General visa valid for 6 months or longer?

Thanks

So even if my Tier1 general visa is only valid for 5 months from now I can still apply for my wife's dependant visa ? (she is in Pakistan at the moment).

And thanks for speedy reply.

Yes but do note that your wife's visa will also be valid till the same date as yours, that is, only for 5 months.
