i apply for uk spouse visa on 4th july.my wife is self employed and run a after school club.our financial evidence we submit with our visa application are her 4 month buisness bank statment,an accountant letter confirming that she is self employed and her UTR number. and last year self assesment from her accountant.can plz some one tell me these documents are enough or not

Those documents are sufficient to prove the income level.

But a separate issue is whether that income level is sufficient to enable the visa to be granted.

her gross income is 43700 pounds but after taxes and buisness expenses (like employers salaries) she had left net profit 17900 in last year.so what you think this income is enough for a spouse visa in old rules.

and my another question is that she wrote her gross income from her buisness not her net income on spouse visa sponsor letter. and some one tell me that my visa got refused becoz i did not wrote my net income on sponsor letter

i applied 4 july for uk spouse visa under old rules.my wife is self employed and we submit her 2010-2011 annual audited accounts created by her accountant and not provide our latest 2012.i wanted to know that can they refused my spouse becoz i am not able to provide my latest audited account

You should be okay.
I misread 4th to be 9th .. so the new rules do not apply. Posts removed to avid confusion.
