english language requrement for flr(m)

i recently applied for english language assessment from uknaric for my wife professional degree(Bachlor's in physiotherapy) done in india . but the reply from uknaric was so confusive.

1)What should i have asked for. A statement of comparability option or english language assessment ?

2) what level do you need for applying flr(m) ? level a1 or level c1 ?
