HI,
My husband is on tier 1 visa in uk.we had applied extension for tier 1 .we did't send dependent application with main application .what are the chances that uk boarder agency will contact with us for the missing application form

It is not "compulsory" for a dependant to apply for leave to remain at the same time as the principal migrant does.
