Can SET(O) & FLR(M) Apply Together

Hi All

I have tried calling UKBA to ask a question but could not got through. I had wait 15 minutes on the call. Can anyone answer this question please!

I am about to apply ILR (in Person) very soon. My wife did not complete 2 years of stay in UK so she needs to apply FLR(M) seperately. My question is -

Can my wife apply with me (not for ILR but for extension)? In other words, Can we apply together but for different visas?

Look at this case, very similar to yours.
