Settlment Visa if living abroad with british spouse

I have married 3 months ago and my wife is British citizen, currently living with me in Pakistan.

I want to know if I also have to spend 5 years probationary period in UK before getting settlement or I would get automatic settlement if live in Pakistan with my wife for more than 4 years.

There is no automatic settlement for spouses anymore.you will need to complete the 5 year probationary period in the UK.
