My ILR application visa regarding the adult dependent of Gurkha has been refused by Home Office and has given no right to appeal. Permission is granted to appeal in the court of appeal. What will be the winning change in my case? Is there any won/dismissed statistics?

To get the statistics i think you would need to make a freedom of information request.
