ILR query: More than 80days of Unpaid Holiday

Post by vr1972 » Tue Nov 20, 2012 1:25 pm

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my ILR. I would need guidance from you.

1. I am having totally 270days of absence.

2. One absence is more than 90days for business reasons. I am providing letter from my company to get exemption for that.

3. One absence is more than 80days but less than 90days and its Unpaid Holiday.

Do I need to show any evidence or letter from company for Point3.

Also, I have another query.
a. Received in India 5yr Work Permit
b. In that 5year period, work in India for less than 2months(paid in India and no payment in UK).
c. Came to UK on the same Workpermit and got payment in UK.

Is there any breach of Workpermit rules if a person works in india and then comes on same workpermit to UK.

Thanks.
