employed or self-employed

I am a director of a LTD Comp and 100% shareholder.

1. I work for a client through an agency (got a proper contract agreement for 6months)
2. I train people on some courses (not for the same agency, this is on my own. I Invoice them through my LTD company and they deposit cash into my business bank account)

Every month end depending on profits I take Dividends and £600 minimum salary.

Will I be classed as Employee of my LTD comp or
Self employed because I provide services to agency and also provide software training courses to people.
