biometric delay for dependant

HI,

I have posted my application for tier 1 general extension on July 25th 2012 for primary + 2 dependents (wife and son), we have received biometircs letter on 15th aug and we have completed it on next day (16th aug) except for my son. this is because my son name was incorrectly printed so i had to apply for revised letter for my son and his revised letter reached us on 19th oct and we did his biometric on same day 19th oct 2012 for him.

My question is.. will my application be treated as Biometric completed on 16th Aug (primary completed) or 19th Oct 2012 (for all completed)..

if they consider 19th Oct then I can expect my visa only in Jan / Feb. I have seen few cases where they posted during same time as mine and they have received their approval. I am bit worried. Please advise.

Ukba is treating cases differently. I applied for dependent visa for new born baby n enrolled biometrics on august 5th. Still waiting to hear from them. Another thing I noticed from this forum. Ppl r getting visa sooner if their validity date already expired. U will get it in jan or fen if ur visa valid till next year. U may get it in nov or dec if ur visa already expired
