New Company and NQF Level 4 / Graduate Job Requirements

Dear All,

I am planning to apply for Tier 1 Enterpreneur visa and i have currently leave to remain as PSW visa .

As per my understanding i need £50,000 of bank statement and can start a new company and become director of the company but i have to show that the job i will be doing or the level of job I will be working is at NQF Level 4 or above.

Here is the company plan.

Registering New Company or become a Director of Existing Company

: TAXI FIRM (eg Addison Lee )


I will be a Director of the company and same time i will be working as Office Manager (SOC CODE 1152) and its NQF level 4.

could you guys please tell me do i meet the requirements for NQF level 4 / Graduate level job ??? or TAXI business is not a possible option to apply for Tier 1 Enterpreneur Visa.

Kindly could you please advise i will really appriciate that.
