what are the chances of ILR with 222 days

I got the visa (HSMP JR)on 31/10/2007 and entered the UK on 19/11/2007.
I got extension on 14/10/2009 for a period of 3 years until 19/11/2012.
since my first job on 28 jan 2008 to 19 of nov2012, there is not even a single day without pay,neither in the UK nor abroad. i sent 5 yrs p60s and 5 years bank statements with my ilr application. the only problem with application is my absences of 222 days excluding departures and arrival days and i have posted my application.here are my absences:

27 Family visit on paid annual leave

On mid August 2009 I got abdominal pain which kept on increasing day by day and my treatment was continued under the NHS. So by the middle of December 2009 it was not possible for me to continue my job and wait for a longer queue under the NHS treatment and I could not afford private treatment here in the UK. Analyzing worsening condition of my pain I sought advice from my GP about private treatment back home which was affordable and a lot quicker than that of NHS. After seeing my condition, GP encouraged me to go back home and gave me sick note for three months.
here is the wording of GPs letter..........i am writing this letter on behalf of mr,,,,who is patient of mine. he has been suffering from longstanding gastrointestinal symptoms and was refferd for treatment on the NHS. He works as a postman and was finding his pain as unaccepable and was unable to work. as the waiting time for him on the NHS was far too long for him to wait, he asked me if it would be possible for him to have treatment abroad.
i did encourage to mr.... to go back to india to have private treatment there which obviously a lot quicker than the NHS in the UK. I gave him a sick note on 15 dec. 2009 for three months. mr.....returned to UK on 13 march. 2010.
i understand that mr....being abroad has jeopardized his visa conditions, however under the circumstances, i would be happy to support mr. ,,,,in that he was advised to go back to india on medical grounds.
i hope you will take this into account in this case.

before going back to india i remained under treatment on NHS for four months. then i left the UK for 86 days as per GPs advice when i came back to the UK my treatment continued under NHS until my pain settledown in dec. 2010.
i attached all medical record of treatment from both the countries with the application. i also included my three dependents in the application. so what are the chances of my application being approved under compassionate grounds. if ilr is refused then what are the likely chances of approval in appeal in this type of case.please release my stress

Hi Safdar: To my understanding your case is straight forward as you attached GP letter for supporting your 86 days leave. You should be fine.

I had a very similar situation - 44 days out of the country for medical purposes (had a letter from NHS recommending I go overseas) and 217 days out of UK in total.
The CW approved my ILR without asking anything about these absences and did not even ask for these documents.
I did have my full 5 years' P60 to show I was economically active in the UK though.

1) when was ur ILR approved
2) did CW see NHS encouraging letter to go abroad for medical.
3) was ur 44 days paid or unpaid.
4) did you read my GPs letter, is it good written?

What effect will that have? I think it depends on the quality of the information and it's relevance ro your applipak and usefulness to Cw's decision making process.

please share ur views if GPs letter wording is in my favour ,,,,and can i send another more strong letter from GP during processing of my application

If you yourself do not have confidence in the evidence you want to present, a public opinion survey is not going to help. If you are not sure, then you would know the weaknesses, and would be better off addressing those, IMHO.

seniors know thousand time better than me,,,,,u people can guess accurately after seeing the GPs wording,,,,,i m just asking ,,is this a favourable wording from GP for my case to be considered on compassionate grounds.

yes,,and this is her own wording i just told her that i need a letter for my sick absence abroad

thanks for ur quick respons,,,yes,,i have been in contact with my manager throughout my 86 days sick leave abroad,every week i had to phone him and also i have been sending him all of my medical reports through e mail. definitely he will give me a letter but the problem is that my ILR application is already in the home office,,,,what justification i should give UKBA as to why i didnt send these dociiuments with my application. secondly these documents may have negative impacts on my application

i received my bio met cards today along with family. my three dependents entered to the Just 8 months before my visa expiry date. here is my application detail.
