Dependant BRP card not received

I ahve granted ILR (hsmp+tier 1 route) with my 4 dependants on 14th November from Sheffield. On 16th November I have received 4 biometric cards in seperate parcel but my Older daughter (11 year old) card/ parcel not arrived. I contacted DX and they have not any parcel with my daughter name or to this address. Rang UKBA but no use.

Whats to do? Any one like situation.

My daughter biometric card arrived today after 9 working days.
