Marrying HSMP person and applying dependent from .......?

Hi all,
I don't Know whether I am posting in the right forum or not, excuse me If I am not,
I am currently on PSW Status and my wife she is on HSMP visa and she is extending her visa in January, my question is can I apply for a dependent Visa in UK or do I have to go back to my Home Country and apply from there,
any Help and advice will be appreciated...
