tier 1 general dependent

Hi,
my wife was issued tier 1 dependent visa in March 2012, but she did not travel to UK, but she will be travelling with me in November. I just like to confirm is there a specific time within which dependent has to Travel after the visa is issues or can she travel at any time within the visa period.
