Tier 1 General - Multiple past visas

Post by ashy88 » Thu Nov 22, 2012 1:48 pm

Hi All,

I had UK Work Permit from 2006 & renewed again in 2008 ( 2 years each ) that means 2 work permits. Then I moved out of UK in 2009 and returned again in 2012 on ICT short term . Now my existing visa is going to expire next year .
Can I switch employer and apply for ICT general ( outside/inside of UK ) ?

Your kind help is highly appreciated .

Regards,
Ashish

The title of the topic refers to Tier 1 (General), which no longer exists for new applicants.

There is no immigration category called "(ICT) general".

You cannot switch to Tier 2 (General) and cannot apply for entry clerance under Tier 2 (General) for 1 year from the date you exit UK.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
