spouse visa

I am indefinite to remain in uk and i am married to a student inside the country. We applied in june 28 2012. Done the biometric on 2 october. Today i have received my passport back and a letter saying my husband application is valid but they need some other enquiries do they have pass the appication to the other deparment. Is anybody of you have the same thing as my husband application? Thank u :(

Is your husband still studying? Is he working?

No he is not. He sent the certificate of english.
