Hello,

My case is bit complicated...Please help..

Came to UK in 2009 - Dec (Dependent Tier 1 Visa)
Went to India on 2010 - Nov worked in abroad office with the same company from Nov 2010 - Feb 2011
Then went on a Maternity leave from Mar 2011 - sep 2011 (India)
Returned to UK Sep 2011..
Went to India on March 2012
Returned to UK Apr 2012 (Less than 30 days stay)

My visa expires on Feb 2013..

Am i still eligible for ILR on FEB 2013?

Dependants are not subject to limit on absences.
