New Rules

UKBA changed the absence rules. To be honest I did not understand it well and waiting for comment from senior members.

1)in one aspect it will allow Tier 1 G to be outside the UK up to 180 days in any year which is very good

2)On the other hand, it said all the absences should be employment related. Then, what about the visiting family members or holidays?

In addition, it is not clear that if this new rules applied to the previous years?
