I am an eu citizen and my Husband is a none eu

Hello Everybody

can someone give some information about the visa procedure regarding spouse visa??? I am a German Citizen living and working in Northen Ireland and my Hubby is from India.

I have all necessary documents which are request from embassy side.
How much is the visa Fees really?
Do i have to give all my documents in originale ?

I didnt get much information from embassy, kind of reserved, as i would like to know if there is any difference, german citizen & indian citizen going for a spouse visa to the UK.

If anyone can give me some helpfull advise then i be very grateful.

The application for an EEA Family permit is free. Please don't confuse EU immigration rules with those of the UK.
