Section 7 of the FLR(M) 09/2012

Hi All. I wonder if there's someone who can settle my nerves!

We're filling in the above form.

Section 7A - financial requirement states that:
If you were granted leave to enter or remain as a partner following an application made before the 9th July 2012 you are not required to complete section 7A.

We applied for my wife's Fiancee visa in June 2012. Do you think that this applies to us?
