Salary Issue for Tier 2 Visa

Hi,

please if someone can answer my question.

i have my COS issued by NHS, my job comes under shortage of occupation list, the salary on the contract is 37K/year with the contract hours 22.5 hrs.

Am i still eligible for Tier 2 visa as the salary mentioned above is for full time job and the contract hrs are 22.5. please clarify.
