how do i get specific issue order

hello,i apply for a new british passport for my child because the previous one was lost the passport office said to their investigation they think the father has got it and they wont issue another one not till the previous one expired in 2016 or else i get a specific court issue order if i can get or know where the father is,as i dont want CSA involvement also am trying to get my resident in the uk using zambrano.can someone please advise me on how to go about it please .because i rang some family solicitor they were asking me if am on benefit to see if i can get legal aid,am a failed asylum seeker but still supported by NASS UKBA.went should or can i do please thank you.

You should be entitled to legal aid if you are on NASS support. Call community legal advice and they will assess your eligibility
