apllying for ILR for wife shes on spouse visa

Dear members need a advise regarding about my wife ILR
i m going to apply for wife ILR in jan 2013 shes on spouse visa when she came to uk after one month i pllyed for housing benefit and council tex benefit also i mention on form as well that my wife not entitle to any public found and under immigration control, my claim was accpted it was my and my wife name but council just paid for mine not my wife becouse shes wasnt entitle, i calimed housing befit and council for 3 months after that cancal my claimed and stop talking benefit, part fromt that its about few months now i m getting chaild tax credit , byetheway i m working full time , will it affect my wife indefinite leave.
please help me out let me know thank you.
