Tier 1 entrepreneur from psw(5000) (money already invested)

Hi everyone, i am planning to apply for tier 1 entrepreneur visa. Also i am register as self employed since nov 2011, doing consumer electronics business and now planning to buy running electrical and mobile phone shop lease for £25000. If i show the rest £25000 in my business bank acc. How will i show that i already invested £25000 in buying lease of running shop. I mean what kind of document do i need to show to ukba for money already invested.
