About PR for Tier 2(ICT)

Hi All,

I first come to UK on October 2010 under Tier2 ICT Established staf and i have my visa valid till Sep 2014.Could you please help me to know the following

->Can i switch over to Tier2 General from here or do i have to go back to India and apply?

->Can i eligible to PR if i stay here on Tier2(ICT) Est Staff for 5 years?

Can i eligible to PR if i stay here on Tier2(ICT) Est Staff for 5 years? no, because you didn't have T2 ICT leave before 6 April 2010
