Travelling abroad near the expiry of current leave

Hi,
My Tier 1 General VISA is expiring on 1st of March 2013 and is due for an extension for another 2 years thereafter. Due to an family emergency I need to visit India on 03rd December 2012 and will be returning on 12th December 2012. Just wanted to ask if this will pose any problem at immigration or is against the immigration rule? Please help!
