FLR (M) or FLR (0)

Post by daidasunny » Sun Nov 25, 2012 3:30 pm

hi can someone give me information please.

I am applying for ILR in feb 2013, my wife is not qualified for ILR yet so i need to extend her visa. Currently i am under Tier 1 (General). I knew that i have to use SET (O) form for ILR but i am confused whether i have to use form FLR (M) or FLR (O) for my wife. It will be very helpful if someone can give me information on this please.
Also, i am trying my best to get appointment in feb but incase if i am not luck enough to get appointment, i am thinking to send by post. I would like to know that if i send it by post do i need to send my application to ILR address and my wife application for FLR (M) OR FLR(O) address separately or can i send both applications in one post to ILR address. Please advise if someone had experienced the same probem.thanks a lot

On what basis will you be applying for ILR?

As far as I know, ilr and FLR m forms are to be sent to separate addresses.
