family visit visa appeal hearing

hi all,
i had sponsored my brother his wife and daughter to visit me in uk,but visa refused ,and lodged appeal on may2012,now hearing in uk on 14 december 2012 AT TRIBUNAL,i have received letter from AIT which states:

''''you must send the foolowing documents to the tribunal at the above address no later then 5 days before full hearing..

1:witness statement of the evidence to be called at the hearing.

2:a bundle of all documents to be relied on at the hearing,these must be clearly page numbered,indexed and include a schudula identifyning the essintial passages,..

now plz any one guide me what i have to do now ,as when we lodged appeal we sent relevant documents to the tribunal ,wot documents do i have to send now within 5 days of hearing ,wot exactly this means.
plz help

If you have lodged all the documents that you will be relying on those and nothing new, then you don't need to send anything at all.

Just turn up at hearing and argue your case on the points that you were refused.

All this is asking in case you have some additional information/documents that you will be relying on, on the day of the hearing that you haven't already sent before.

What documents did you send to the tribunal?I recommend you get professional help with your appeal.

Is your appeal paper hearing or oral?

hi batleykhan.
i am going alone on court hearing,do u think this is better to take soliocitor with us ?and in every visit visa appea does home office representative come on court or not?plz guide me about court hearing ,regards.
