I got the proposed civil partner visa. Now what?

Post by cissarego » Mon Nov 26, 2012 5:41 pm

Hello guys!
I hope I can count with your help again!
I got my Fiancee/Proposed Civil Partner Visa and I will get my Civil Partnership done in December.
Now I need to know what are the next steps.

Do I have to prove it all over again to get the Husband/Wife/Civil Partner Visa?

To get the Fiancee Visa, I sent all my partners documents to prove her earnings and the documents about the house we live in, supporting letters and etc. It was a LOT of documents as well as the almost £900 fee.

I just need to know if, in order to get the Civil Partner visa I have to prove the same thing all over again or if I can just send back my passport as well as the Civil Partnership documents or what should I do.

Thank you in advance!

All the specified requirements must be met .. again .. when applying for leave to remain as a civil partner.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
